The IESG has reconsidered its decision, and has decided to withdraw the
recommendation that these Internet-Drafts be published as Historic
RFCs.

The WG chairs have been asked to provide a list of documents that
should be preserved as RFCs.

  These documents are currently under the auspices of the IPNGWG
