This memo defines a portion of the Management Information Base (MIB) 
for use with network management protocols in TCP/IP-based internets.  
In particular, it defines objects for managing the the interface 
attributes defined in the Integrated Services Model.  Comments 
should be made to the Integrated Services Working Group, [e-mail]. 
                    
This memo does not, in its draft form, specify a standard for the 
Internet community.

NOTE:	The mail server at ds.internic.net can return the document in
	MIME-encoded form by using the "mpack" utility.  To use this
	feature, insert the command "ENCODING mime" before the "FILE"
	command.  To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or
	a MIME-compliant mail reader.  Different MIME-compliant mail readers
	exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
	"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
	up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
	how to manipulate these messages.
