PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1.  NEWCOMER's ORIENTATION: On Sunday, July 24th at 16:30 we will be
    holding an orientation session for newcomers (Room: TBD)  
    ALL FIRST TIME ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RETRIEVE AND READ 
    RFC 1539 BEFORE ATTENDING THE MEETING.*
    Entitled "The Tao of IETF: A Guide for New Attendees of the Internet 
    Engineering Task Force", this RFC is available by anonymous FTP.  Login 
    with the username "anonymous" and password "guest".  After logging in, 
    Type "cd rfc". "get rfc1539.txt".

2.  On Monday morning, July 25th, and Wednesday morning, July 27th at 08:00 
    a Workshop for Working Group Chairs will be held.

3.  Information on the Social Event will be forthcoming.

4.  The DRAFT Agenda below is ONLY A DRAFT and is subject to frequent
    change.  We do not recommend making travel arrangments based on 
    the Draft Agenda.

particular the Working Group technical *working* sessions) is
dependent upon the informed, constructive participation of the
individual attendees.  Please come prepared.

   instructions).
