The IESG has received a request from John Renwick and Andy Nicholson to recommend the Internet Draft <draft-renwick-hippilan-02> as a Proposed Standard. This document is an independent submission to the IESG. It was initially posted as an Internet Draft on January 3rd, 1992 and has been reviewed at a BOF Session at the San Diego IETF meeting. The IESG plans to issue a recommendation after the IETF Plenary meeting in Boston and solicts final comments on this elevation.
