A Revised Internet-Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts
directories. This draft is a work item of the Mail Extensions Working Group
of the IETF.

Title : Common Internet Message Attributes
       Author(s) : J. Palme
       Filename : draft-ietf-mailext-mail-attributes-03.txt, .ps
       Pages : 20
       Date : 11/20/1995

This memo contains a table of commonly occurring attributes in headings
andon envelopes of e-mail messages. The document compiles information
from other RFC-s such as RFC 821, RFC 822, RFC 1036, RFC 1123, RFC 1327,
RFC 1496, RFC 1521, RFC 1766 and RFC 1806. A few commonly occurring
attributes which are not defined in RFC-s are also included. For each
attribute, the memo gives a short description and a reference to the RFC,
in which the attribute is defined. The postscript version of this memo
shows the changes as compared to version 02.

Send a message to: mailserv@ds.internic.net. In the body type:
     "FILE /internet-drafts/draft-ietf-mailext-mail-attributes-03.txt".
 Or
     "FILE /internet-drafts/draft-ietf-mailext-mail-attributes-03.ps".

NOTE: The mail server at ds.internic.net can return the document in
MIME-encoded form by using the "mpack" utility. To use this
feature, insert the command "ENCODING mime" before the "FILE"
command. To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or
a MIME-compliant mail reader. Different MIME-compliant mail readers
exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
"multipart" MIME messages (i.e., documents which have been split
up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
      how to manipulate these messages.

For questions, please mail to Internet-Drafts@cnri.reston.va.us.

Below is the data which will enable a MIME compliant mail reader
implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version
of the Internet-Draft.
