NEWCOMER's ORIENTATION: On Sunday, December 4th at 16:30 we will be holding an orientation session for newcomers (Room: TBD) ALL FIRST TIME ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RETRIEVE AND READ RFC 1539 BEFORE ATTENDING THE MEETING.* Entitled "The Tao of IETF: A Guide for New Attendees of the Internet Engineering Task Force", this RFC is available by anonymous FTP. On Wednesday morning only, December 7th at 08:00 a Working Group Workshop will be held. Location and Agenda forthcoming. 3. The Social Event will take place Tuesday evening.
