  The IESG has approved the Internet-Draft "Management Information Base for
  Frame Relay DTEs" <draft-ietf-iplpdn-frmib-dte-09.txt> as a Draft
  Standard. This document is the product of the IP Over Large Public Data
  Networks Working Group. The IESG contact persons are Frank Kastenholz and
  Jeffrey Burgan.
