I saw Toerless’ test email, so the 108attendees list exists.

In this test email, Archived-At: says:
https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/108attendees/9fTVOqiw7ajDYG6LkAuX5gnZGOM

but that archive 404s.
