NEWCOMER's ORIENTATION: On Sunday, July 24th at 16:30 we will be holding an orientation session for newcomers (Room: Essex) ALL FIRST TIME ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RETRIEVE AND READ RFC 1539 BEFORE ATTENDING THE MEETING.* Entitled "The Tao of IETF: A Guide for New Attendees of the Internet Engineering Task Force", this RFC is available by anonymous FTP. Login with the username "anonymous" and password "guest". After logging in, Type "cd rfc". "get rfc1539.txt". 2. On Monday morning, July 25th, and Wednesday morning, July 27th at 08:00 a Workshop for Working Group Chairs will be held. 3. The Social Event will take place Monday evening.
