Yes, effectively organizing a web site is difficult.   And IETF is a 
complicated organization.

And it stills seems odd that  when I navigate to the registration page 
and it shows me a grid of pricing options, $0 doesn't show up as one of 
those options.   Putting all of the pricing options in the same place 
would seem simpler than what is there now.
