IMHO we can use 2001:db8:: without missing the mapping.  It could be:

2001:db8:3::1 -> 2001:db8:21:1

(substitute 2001:db8:3::1 for 3333::1
         and 2001:db8:21::1 for 2222:1::1)

But need to make sure with ILA knowledgeable.
