So, with the WG last call deadline approaching, I would appreciate some 
sort of feedback on the points I raised.

The so far unaddressed issues are:

- Some corner cases are not well-defined when it comes to VANISHED 
reporting of messages which were just made available to the client via 
EXISTS.

- Relation with METADATA and ANNOTATE-EXPERIMENT-1. What I would like to 
see here is explicit confirmation that any change in METADATA increments 
the HIGHESTMODSEQ and that the data tracked by ANNOTATE-EXPERIMENT-1 are in 
fact "metadata" to be included in the MODSEQ tracking.
