Hello dears,
Hope you are doing well and sorry for bothering. I've an idea to enhance
the ARP protocol by adding additional IE to the protocol in order to
dynamically resolve an FQDN in a LAN when the arp and dns cache are empty.
My idea is in the link below: https://sabouaram.github.io/repository/idea.
My question is can I try to make an IETF draft  or is my idea incorrect ?
