Hi,Joe and Mark

	May I make sure about the scope of this draft? I want to make sure
if it include the discussion related to those MIP also? The type of tunnel
here listed includes IP in IP, IPsec and IPv4 in IPv6 later. So if the
context also cover those scenario in MIP or not?
