Dear WG,

I am new to the IETF review process, and this is my first review, so please
excuse any misunderstandings.

I have reviewed draft-ietf-iotops-7228bis-07, and overall I found the
document clear, well structured, and very useful. I have a couple of minor
comments for consideration.

*Comment on constraint facets (Section 2.1)*

The list of constraint facets is comprehensive and well structured.
However, it may be worth considering whether a few additional dimensions
should be explicitly mentioned, given their relevance in current IoT
deployments:

   - communication capability constraints (e.g., limits on protocol stack
   support or session handling),
   - persistent storage constraints (e.g., availability and endurance),
   - availability constraints (e.g., intermittent connectivity due to duty
   cycling), and
   - firmware/software lifecycle constraints (e.g., ability to update or
   patch devices).

Some of these aspects are discussed in later sections, but briefly
reflecting them here could make the overview of node constraints more
complete and easier to apply.

*Comment on constrained network characteristics (Section 2.2)*

The list of network constraints is clear and well structured. It might be
worth considering whether a few additional aspects could be explicitly
mentioned, as they are commonly observed in constrained network deployments:

   - high latency and/or high variability in latency (jitter),
   - constraints related to network scale or node density, and
   - highly dynamic or frequently changing topology (e.g., due to
   mobility).

These aspects may be implicitly covered by existing points, but calling
them out explicitly could improve clarity and completeness.

*Conclusion*

Overall, I believe this is a strong and useful document, and I support its
progression.
