We will meet with the BGP w.g. on Monday 4pm at IETF to discuss what is needed in BGP4 to carry IPAE/SIP routes. Bob ------- Start of forwarded message ------- From: yakov@watson.ibm.com To: hinden@Eng, deering@parc.xerox.com Subject: BGP WG Date: Fri, 6 Nov 92 11:58:13 EST IPAE/SIP is on the agenda (see attached mail) Yakov ****** The following is a COPY ***************************** Received: from nrtops.watson.ibm.com by watson.ibm.com (IBM VM SMTP V2R2) with TCP; Fri, 06 Nov 92 11:55:32 EST Received: from interlock.ans.net by nrtops.watson.ibm.com (5.65+/1.34) id AA05643; Fri, 6 Nov 92 11:55:21 -0500 Received: from moe.rice.edu by interlock.ans.net with SMTP id AA20439 (InterLock SMTP Gateway 1.1 for <iwg@ans.net>); Fri, 6 Nov 1992 11:36:09 -0500 Received: from watson.ibm.com by moe.rice.edu (AA29098); Fri, 6 Nov 92 10:36:34 CST Message-Id: <9211061636.AA29098@moe.rice.edu> Received: from YKTVMV by watson.ibm.com (IBM VM SMTP V2R2) with BSMTP id 1216; Fri, 06 Nov 92 11:36:32 EST Date: Fri, 6 Nov 92 11:36:32 EST From: yakov@watson.ibm.com To: iwg@rice.edu Subject: proposed agenda for the BGP WG meeting in Washington Folks, Below is the list of the documents that are related to BGP-4: 1) draft-ietf-bgp-bgp4-03.txt 2) draft-ietf-bgp-application-01.txt 3) draft-ietf-bgp-bgp4ospf-interact-00.txt 4) draft-ietf-bgp-mibv4-00.txt A while ago I asked all of you to post comments (if any) on these documents to the mailing list. I don't recall seeing any. Therefore, we may assume that we have at least a "rough" consensus on these documents, and we shouldn't plan to spend too much time on these documents at the WG meeting. There is a document that describes inter-domain multicast with BGP - draft-ietf-bgp-multicast-02.txt. Please let me know if you want to have it discussed at the WG meeting. We are still planning to have a joint meeting with the PIP WG. We will also meet jointly at 4:00 with folks from the IPAE/SIP WG to discuss how BGP-4 may get affected by IPAE/SIP. Please let me know asap of any other items you would like to discuss at the meeting. Yakov Rekhter. ------- End of forwarded message -------
