Thank you very much for creating and updating it.

In the write-up you will find one nit to be fixed in the next version that
you will probably post after AD review or IETF last call:

In Section 9 (security considerations) you use the term "NOT RECOMMENDED".
 This term is not listed at the end of section 1 where you refer to RFC
2119 terminology.  Please add it there:
'"RECOMMENDED"' -> '"RECOMMENDED", "NOT RECOMMENDED"'
