A New Internet Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts
directories. This draft is a work item of the IP over Large Public Data
Networks Working Group of the IETF.

Title : A Simple Multilink Protocol for Synchronizing the
                   Transmission of Multi-protocol Datagrams.
       Author(s) : K. Sklower
       Filename : draft-ietf-iplpdn-simple-multi-00.txt
       Pages : 12

This document proposes a method for splitting and recombining datagrams
across multiple logical data links. Such facilities are desirable to
exploit the potential for increased bandwidth offered by multiple bearer
channels in ISDN, yet to do so in such away that minimizes reordering of
packets.

More precisely, modifications to RFC1294 are proposed, and
new PPP options and protocols are suggested.
