The IP over Large Public Data Networks (IPLDPN) WG feels that the 
internet draft, 

       Title     : Multiprotocol Interconnect on X.25 and ISDN in the 
                   Packet Mode                                        
       Author(s) : A. G. Malis, D. Robinson, R. L. Ullmann
       Filename  : draft-ietf-iplpdn-x25_isdn-03.txt

is complete and represents the consensus of the group.  We would
like to submit the document to the IESG and IAB for release
as an RFC on the standards track.

Please let us know what steps we need to take to move the document
forward.
