Hi IPPM, There's a document being discussed on the v6ops list that describes a strategy for actively measuring IPv4 vs IPv6 performance to help ISP deployments. https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-xie-v6ops-network-happyeyeballs-01 This certainly seems like an area where IPPM solutions could help out, so if anyone would like to review the document and make suggestions, that'd be great.
