I know my comments are late, but draft “https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-zheng-ippm-framework-passive-02“ is much, much better than version –00. Good job on refining definitions, providing examples and links in the introduction on PDM and Coloring. Those links don’t actually take one anywhere, so more work needs to be done.
