Dear ippm members:

We have posted a revised version of our draft on metrics to measure packet 
reordering:

This draft proposes two metrics "Reorder Density" and "Reorder 
Buffer-occupancy Density". Both the metrics are orthogonal to loss and 
duplication. A section titled 'Revision History'  lists the changes 
with respect to the previous version(s).

It includes algorithms and  perl scripts  for these metrics, as well as java applets that allow you to
evaluate RD and RBD of sequences.
