This version includes a lot of changes that could be summarized as follows:

- removed the asymmetric key based signature algorithm (see the thread 
[1] for the explanations)
- added some IOAM Option-Type header fields to the integrity (+ updated 
the IANA section accordingly)
- improved the security section
- some editorial changes
