Hi IPPM'ers,

We avoided CFPs and other announcements on IPPM-list for 
a long time. I think these accouchements are at odds with
an IETF policy, but I couldn't find it easily today. 

If we have an IPPM-discuss list, then that's the right place 
for announcements, IMO.
