In section 3.2.1:

"Implementations MUST support either the ID_IPV4_ADDR or ID_IPV6_ADDR ID type."

I think that there can be IKE for the dual IP stack, thus it should be:
Implementations MUST support the ID_IPV4_ADDR and/or ID_IPV6_ADDR ID type.
