Sadly no diff is available against draft-pauly-ipsecme-split-dns on
the announcement page or the datatracker despite our xml tag of
obsoleting it (Tero: bug for ietf tools team :)

I'll send a list of items to the list that seem to not yet have
concensus, that we can also use as a base for discussion in Chicago.
