Thanks to the authors and the WG for their work on this document.

I have one comment or rather question to ask about a couple of normative
references that are currently classified as informative. This might be a
discussion point, but I don't know this feature enough to be a judge of that.

[RFC5723] - due to the normative text in section 7.2

[RFC9242] - due to the normative text in section 7.1

Can the authors/WG/responsible AD check on this?
