Hi all,

I know that we are going to try to explore options for
draft-hopps-ipsecme-iptfs that do not require a protocol number, but if we
do find ourselves pressing forward with that approach, we should be sure to
have a discussion about the usage in INTAREA, which in some sense represent
the guardians of the resource.
