Is there a way to negotiate draft-simpson-desx-02.txt
with IKE? I'm missing an algorithm number as in
4.4.4 of RFC 2407.

Are there any values in the 65001-65535 range that
you agreed on? While we're at it, how about RC6, twofish, mars?
