I promised to send this comment on the list that I said at the mic
yesterday about the address configuration of a router.

What I'm wondering is what is the expected router behavior if more PIOs are
on an interface than link-local addresses on the interface?

*I think* you want the router to create a new link-local address, if so we
should say create a link-local address and perform DAD on it.  If I'm way
off base, it would be good to discuss what the expectation is in this case.
