The 6MAN chairs are starting the planning the 6man meeting in Prague at IETF104. We have two slots, Monday from 9:00-11:00am, and Friday 9:00am - 10:30am. We plan to schedule most of the talks for the Monday session, and then schedule the time on the Friday slot for topics that need additional discussion. This will also allow authors to work between the two slots to close open issues.

If you have a draft you would like to discuss, please send your request for agenda time to the 6man chairs. Please include in the request, the title of the presentation, file name of the draft, the speaker's name (and email), and how much time you would like.

We will prioritize drafts that are working group items and drafts that have been active discussed on the IPv6 list.

We expect at least half of each talk’s presentation time to be used for open discussion, please plan your presentation accordingly. That is, not too many slides for the time slot.

New drafts not discussed on the mailing list prior to the meeting, or drafts that do not appear to have support from the working group are unlikely to get time at the meeting.

Please have agenda items to us by 11-March-2019.

Remember the draft cut-off date for all Internet Drafts is 11-March-2019 UTC 23:59 (2 weeks before the meeting).

Presenters need to send their presentations to the chairs by Saturday the 23rd because we have a Monday morning session.

Bob & Ole
