Dear all

The update covers a flow that was discussed at 6lo during IETF 118 and
that relates to the prefix delegation work at v6Ops. The flow was added
where the address or prefix that is registered was obtained with DHCP.

In that case, the recommendation is to use the ROVR (RFC 8928) as DHCP
DUID. The ROVR is a crypto token that is associated with the registered
resource and can be validated later.

This way, the router can use a lease query to (and the RFC 8928 proof of
ownership) to validate that the address or prefix was indeed delegated
to the node that performs the registration.

all the best;

Pascal
