Hi,

As a reviewer of draft-ietf-netmod-routing-cfg-24, I saw that they have defined a YANG submodule for IPv6 RAs, but only included the mandatory RFC 4861 variables.

The netmod WG position is that any optional “extras” should be defined through activity in other WGs.

Given this means the YANG submodule won’t include RFC 4191 or RDNSS support, or anything else that's not included in RFC 4861, it would - I assume - be a good idea to pick these omissions up in 6man.

One of the authors of draft-ietf-netmod-routing-cfg-24 (Lada) is happy to work with authors from 6man to realise this.

The netmod draft in question is:
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-netmod-routing-cfg-24

Might be something to add to AOB in 6man this week, if there’s time?

Tim
