Hello,

In our recent testing, we observed that Windows 10 doesn't honour 'M' flag
in RA. It's not just Windows 10, same behaviour is observed with latest
Mac OS as well. Is there any specification reference to support this?

Your valuable input is highly appreciated.

Yours,
Naveen.
