4)  Connection Provider Document, Companion to 'K-12 Networking Guide'
    Revise milestone?  Also discuss Web access for the connection

Documents are at ds.internic.net and the other IETF sites.  The 'Stages
of Connectivity' document is not available electronically at present, but
I'll get you a location and path as soon as I can.  I have also asked
that the documents be placed in the /pub/current-ietf-docs archive on
ds.internic.net.  Please read the available documents before the meeting!
