thanks for new version.

Consistency check: section 4.2 says "SHOULD use a 'priority' value of 1
(QoS with a 'Background' user priority)", but section G.1 shows an
802.11 Data Header, not a 802.11 QoS Data header.

Where should the priority be filled in?

(802.11 Data headers dont have priority fields, the QoS Data headers do).
