Thanks for the message.

On one hand, yes, name clash with older project and/or other SDO
activity may be misleading.

On another hand, I think the PS draft about Internet-wide geonetworking
draft-karagiannis-problem-statement-geonetworking-00 has one aspect
about geographical dissemination of information...

... and it also has something about DNS-like geo/address resolution, and
other open design issues which would fit less well solely within the
dissemination concept.
