Folks,

The results of this poll were:
1 YES - We need to add the string "both" as a key usage
11 NO - We do not need to add the string "both" as a key usage
0 DISCUSS - More discussion is needed

Based upon these results, I am making a consensus call that we do not need to
add the string "both" as a key usage.  This issue is now closed.
