Changes in this version:

* The SAnon mechanism name is now described as a boolean indicating whether the name represents the anonymous identity or not.
* Only names representing anonymous identities can be exported.
* Added a bit of a hack for Windows interoperability where we need to convey RFC4757 extended GSS flags – these are done in NegoEx metadata so as not to complicate the base protocol.
