Proposed Charter Revision
-------------------------

Revise the charter to include addressing internationalization issues.

=========================================================================

Technical Discussion
--------------------

* Discussed how Kerberos 5 Anonymous Names can interact with GSS
  export name and display name functions

* Discussed draft-ietf-kitten-gssapi-naming-exts-02.txt.  Requires
  much expert review. A significant open issue is whether or not
  OIDs should be used to identify "names" extracted from authorization
  attributes.
