Poll for adoption: draft-zzhang-l2l3-vpn-mcast-mib -> adopted

FYI, this document as been adopted as an L3VPN WG item, now 
draft-ietf-l3vpn-l2l3-vpn-mcast-mib-00, as a common basis for l2VPN and 
L3VPN Multicast MIBs.
