To properly evaluate forwarded mail, I believe SMTP sending accounts and
SMTP destination domains need to be captured and documented in the message
headers, as a message moves from originator to receiver.

To make that feasible, SMTP transactions will need to be limited to a
single destination domain. In the hope that this concept will someday
catch on, I view this document as technology which will facilitate and
expedite that imagined future state.
