Review result: Ready

I have reviewed draft-ietf-cose-key-thumbprint in draft 04 form for the
Operations and Managment area.

The document is ready.

One compromise that the document explicitly outlines is the non-inclusion
Optional COSE Key Parameters in sgined thumbprint. while not ideal given that
it cannot be asserted that this values have not been changed. The document is
clear that this is a compromise and is fundamentaly a judgement call that would
otherwise result in compatibility considerations when the optional parameters
are unavailable of cannot be parsed.
