The Authors having been very responsive to IESG member questions and 
concerns, we have approval on the lisp impact document.  My thanks and 
congratulations to the authors.

As the status below indicates, they will be producing a revision to 
reflect those discussions.  I believe several of those changes improve 
the readability and clarity of the document.  And then it will go to the 
RFC Editor for publication.
