All,

I wish to propose a use case pertaining to: "draft-farinacci-lisp-te".  Specifically, there is a need to accurately synchronize endpoint addresses with continuous audio sources supplied by NIST (as time & frequency standards-"WWV") to within 1 second.  I understand this functionality may by provisioned using specific routes and RLOC-probing mechanisms (ELP delay minimization).  Thank you.
