Hi,

I believe the draft is ready for handover to AD. It documents a feature 
that is relevant for several use cases.

Nit: it may be useful to change the URL in reference [AFI] to 
https://www.iana.org/assignments/address-family-numbers/address-family-numbers.xhtml#address-family-numbers-2
