I am sorry that I probably will not be able to join.  I am at the 
Griffiss UAS test site in Rome NY for the week's meetings by ASTM on 
their UAS standards (group F38) activities.

I will say that in my view we most likely need an IP protocol number for 
SCHC so we can have end-to-end transport compression. Particularly for 
UDP where it is carrying DTLS.  EKR states that DTLS 1.3 is pretty much 
compressed as it can get,,,

But I will see what is happening at 10am EDT.
