Dear all,

The document was adopted as a WG item.

Following the discussions on the mailing list, please change the name to ICMP (and not OAM).

Also, there were some discussions on some of the sections in the document. This adoption is aimed at making the document a WG item. The specific evolution of the document (e.g. the section on Actions) should continue and should make sure that there is a rough consensus in the WG on the text.

Authors, please submit as an ietf-schc- docment.

Cheers,
Pascal and Alexander

Objet: [Schc] Adoption call for draft-barthel-schc-oam-schc

Dear all,

This is a call to adopt as a SCHC WG document. Please express support or opposition with a rationale either way.

As a reminder, we've been working and discussing the document for quite some time now, and the call comes after IETF 118, where we discussed it and decided that it is time to start the call.

The latest version can be found here :
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-barthel-schc-oam-schc/

This call will end on Feb 6.

Cheers
The chairs
