Hi, LSR experts:

We have uploaded the updated version of the passive interface attribute. 
In this version, we expand also the OSPFv3 protocol to flag the passive interface, using the bit in "Prefix Option" field of "Intra-Area-Prefix-LSAs".

Welcome Gyan as the co-author. 
We think this is an straightforward extension for the OSPF/ISIS protocol. More comments are welcomes.
