Notary services are available today in a wide variety for paper based 
   processes and documents. To define the needs, requirements and future 
   world for notary services in the elctronic world, this document 
   describes use cases and scenarios as base for further discussion and 
   work of the LTANS WG in this area.

	exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
	"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
	up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
	how to manipulate these messages.

implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the
Internet-Draft.
